Activity - Person specification

In the previous activity, you wrote two job descriptions - one for a sales person in a small clothing store, the other for a secretary to the HR general manager. Write a person specification for each of these roles.

Sales person-examples of items to include:

• retail experience
• cash register experience
• experience in a fashion environment
• ability to count takings.
• Secretary--examples of items to include:
• typing speed--60 wpm
• ability to maintain confidentiality
• ability to work in a team
• filing experience.
