1. Before engaging in using any form of social media relating to your work, you must first review the TAFE NSW/WSI Policies, Procedures and Guidelines. See the chapter "TAFE NSW and WSI Policies and Guidelines".
2. If you have not already done so, create a LinkedIn account. 
3. Make a connection. 
4. Follow a company e.g. NSW Department of Education and Communities.
5. Join a group.
6. Join the conversation about using social media and LinkedIn the WSI eLearning Mentor Hub.  See the chapter "WSI Social Media Mentors and eLearning Mentor Hub".
