What is Instagram?

Instagram is a fun and quirky way to share your life with friends through a series of pictures.  Snap a photo with your mobile phone, then choose a filter to transform the image into a memory to keep around forever.  Post to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and more.  With the focus on images not words, Instagram can tell a story quickly and easily.

Why use Instagram for teaching and learning?

Instagram is one of Australia's fastest growing social media platforms predominantly being used in the 14-19 year age bracket. Much of TAFE NSW-WSI's student body are active users of Instagram.
