This topic should provide you with the ability to identify your responsibilities as a community services worker and work within the boundaries and limitations of your role. You will learn to:

You should ensure that they use the correct forms and complete all documentation according to the organisational procedures in place at your workplace. So, not only are legal responsibilities covered, the information collected from incident documentation can be used to help prevent further incidents.
