This information is for SWSi learners who are having trouble logging into Moodle.

1. Please ensure all your details and enrolments are completed in the learner portal. 

2. You must use your Learner Portal details to access SWSi's Moodle.

3. If you are still unable to login to Moodle and your enrolment/details are complete in the learner portal then contact a customer support officer by calling 13 SWSi (13 7974).

4. If applicable, please check your payment plans are up to date. The payment plan key dates can be found here.

 

Note: If the username found on your enrolment receipt is in all caps, eg, JOHN.SMITH1,

Try logging into Moodle with only the first letter in your name capitalised. e.g John.smith1

If you are unable to login using your current DEC portal user name and password, please contact your teacher or call 13 SWSi (13 7974)

This information is for SWSi staff who are having trouble logging into Moodle.

You must use your DEC Portal details to access SWSi's Moodle.

If you are unable to login to Moodle using your Portal username and password:

  1. If you are unable to login to the DEC Portal, please contact SWSi's Service desk stating that you cannot login to the DEC portal.
  2.  If you can login to the DEC Portal please reset your password in the Portal, wait 30 minutes and try logging into Moodle again.
  3. If you are still unable to login into Moodle please contact SWSi's Service desk stating that you can login to the DEC portal but not to Moodle.
