Have you paid your fees?

  • If you cannot access student e-services, such as Moodle, it may be that you are not up-to-date with your course payments. Please go to the student portal at http://my.tafensw.edu.au/ to pay. 
  • If you have unpaid fees on completion of your course, you will not receive a testamur certificate.

Are you having trouble logging into Moodle?

  1. Please ensure all your details and enrolments are completed in the student portal at http://my.tafensw.edu.au/
  2. You must use your DEC Portal details to access e.g. john.smith
  3. If you are unable to login and your enrolment/details are complete in the student portal then contact a customer support officer between 9:00 am to 5:30 pm by calling 13 SWSi (13 7974).
  4. Outside of business hours contact a librarian to assist you with resetting your password on 02 9780 5644 or 02 9682 0311

Go to staff portal at http://my.tafensw.edu.au/ and click on forgotten username and password
If you still have problems logging into the portal or Moodle contact the staff helpdesk on 1300 133 704 or log a call at https://tafensw.service-now.com/itss.
